Predicting tide times and tidal range isn't an exact science, accuracy decreases as the length of time to the date of prediction increases. These tables have been published here for the purposes of informing your planning of a sea cliff climbing trip because it's hard to come by long-term tide predictions; using these you can book a week of sea cliff climbing when the tides hopefully won't be awful. You are strongly advised to check 'official' tide times once they become available for your chosen dates. Admiralty Tide Tables for at least the week ahead are readily available, so check these before you set out. This is particularly important for routes which require particularly low tides for access.
